Boxing Capital Training Articles

Boxing Capital will provide regular training articles aimed at all with an interest in boxing training—from amateurs to professionals and people using boxing training as a means to make keeping fit more interesting.
We will publish articles in a variety of areas in an effort to add to the training knowledge of all involved in the fight game. All articles will remain on the website permanently so you can always look back to find the right article at the relevant time.
In addition to keep fit and strength work articles, we will also offer training articles of a different kind, including Sports Psychology and Nutrition articles. We welcome any feedback or requests of what you would like to see future articles based upon.
We have started our training section with articles on Speed Endurance Running and Positive Thinking, which we hope you will find useful.
